Leap @ Life was founded in 1992 by Frida Willis as an EAP Consultancy (Employee Assistance Programme), and for the past 10 years we have grown and assisted many organisations to operate more productively, through building long term, trusting relationships and adapting our services to meet each organisation's unique needs.
During this period we identified a number of critical areas that were not being addressed in the normal working environment. Areas that impacted severely on the productivity and efficiency of employees.
Using our knowledge and experience we have now expanded the offering of Leap @ Life to include training in addition to our EAP (now known as: Encouraging Action and Productivity) services. Our training programmes target two main areas:

" Considering the real differences that exist between the genders, we developed programmes         specifically targeted to increase productivity and effectiveness in female employees.
" This is complemented with corporate programmes (all employees) such as Change management, communication, the Business of staying Employed and Corporate Coherence.
