Frida Willis (BA Soc.Sc) is an expert in behavioural management with 15 years experience in Counselling, Training and Organisational Support. Working with a number of Multi National Organisations, in a range of industries Frida has played a key role in maintaining and supporting the change processes of these organizations and their people.

Frida started in the Service Sector, focusing on life skills, group therapy, and preventative training programmes. She then branched out to include the following services: Programme development, Team building, HR & Management Support, Coaching & Counselling, Life management programmes and Creative thinking programmes.
Due to her time spent with employees from all levels at various companies, and her work with private patients, Frida has developed a unique and very wide view of where people are today and what the issues are that they are grappling with on a day to day basis. This wealth of knowledge and experience is what we draw on when deciding on programme content and techniques.

Elaine van Niekerk has a B.Sc degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry and has 15 years corporate experience specialising in sales & marketing. Working for companies such as Fedgas and Chemical Services where she held various positions in technical sales, sales management, product management, and new business development. Key skills and strengths developed during this period include international sales and marketing know-how, excellent communication, coaching and presentation skills.
People and relationship development has been a key factor of her success. Her most recent assignment was with DuPont Textiles and Interiors as Marketing Manager, where she travelled extensively and was responsible for DTI's entire apparel brand portfolio in sub-Saharan Africa.

Elaine has an intimate knowledge of the business and corporate environment, and understands through experience the potential pitfalls of stress and poor life management and the effect it could have on your productivity and efficiency at work. She will be heading up our sales and marketing effort and will contribute to our programme development, content and presentation.
